Privacy

Your home record is private by default.

Prototype privacy notice · Updated 4 September 2026

What HTOC holds

Your account information, home workspace details, the documents and facts you choose to add, and records of tasks and work are used to provide your private home record.

Who can access it

Only authenticated people with active membership of a home can access that home’s records. Sharing is not enabled by default and is being introduced separately with scoped permissions and expiry controls.

Documents and records

Documents are stored privately and downloads go through an authorisation check. HTOC does not publish document URLs. Do not upload material you are not entitled to store.

Your choices

Account, export and deletion controls will be expanded as the product moves through its pilot. Until then, contact support for a privacy request and include a request ID only when one is shown after an error.

Updates

This notice will be updated before any processing, sharing or external provider change that materially affects your data.
