Getting started
Create an account, add a home, and start with one document or fact you can verify. You do not need to complete every part of the home record at once.
Documents and facts
Documents are private. Confirm a fact only when you can verify it from the source document you selected.
Tasks and work
Use a reminder when it is useful, choose the date yourself, and complete a task when the work has happened. Work items hold broader repairs, maintenance and improvements.
Contact support
Support operations are being introduced for the pilot. If an error provides a request ID, keep it handy; do not send us documents, passwords or private notes in an ordinary message.
Report a security issue
Do not disclose a suspected issue publicly or attach private data. Use the support contact process with a short, safe description and a way to reply.
